NOTICES OF FURNISHING OR RELIANCE ON BOND - Prepare Notices of Furnishing or Notices of Reliance on Bond for contractors on construction projects in an efficient and timely manner to ensure protection of clients’ legal rights to collect payment.
LIENS - Timely and thoroughly prepare liens in the event of a client’s nonpayment and serve all parties required by law.
LITIGATION - Timely file suit on behalf of clients to enforce liens for construction projects in the event of nonpayment.
